Well for the planning function is the most important part of an industry because it would help me set goals that would need to be met in a short period of time. How does the organizing function of management contribute to achieving organizational objectives within your chosen industry? The organizing function is to let me know where everyone is by this I mean who is working for who, who will be doing what job, and where we will make all the decisions in these jobs to achieve our goals. How does the leading function of management contribute to achieving organizational objectives within your chosen industry? With the leading function I would have to make sure that my employees are inspired and motivated enough to work hard so that we would achieve our organizational goals. For us to be able to do this my employees must be happy with their jobs. How does the controlling function of management contribute to achieving organizational objectives within your chosen industry? The controlling function is how we monitor the progress of our industry to insure that our goals are met and it helps with taking corrective action when this progress is not met.
