Eating healthy has never been this good and easy! Taho is not only delicious, it is also healthy. It is rich in protein, antioxidants and also has Vitamin E and B Complex. A few of the health benefits taho provides are that it promotes healthy skin, helps restore a healthy balance to our bodies and also reduces cholesterol. It's also lactose-free which makes it suitable for people who are lactose intolerant. Aside from these benefits, taho may also be beneficial in treating major illnesses such as the following: Cancer The consumption of soy foods is associated with a reduction of prostate cancer risk in men, the rist of death and recurrence of breast cancer among women, and may reduce colorectal cancer in postmenopausal women. Brain Function The use of soy supplements have shown improvement in cognitive function, particularly verbal memory. It also improves frontal lobe function, which contains most of the dopamine-sensitive neurons in the cerebral cortex. The dopamine system is associated with reward, attention, short-term memory tasks, planning, and motivation.
