I liked the pump that I got from the exercises I did. I didn’t like how some of the resistance wasn’t quite enough weight for what I wanted to do. It made me feel so good when I left there I had a great pump and felt like a million bucks. I liked that I can access it at anytime of the night which is so good to know. 3. How long did you engage in the activity? I worked out for 45 minutes. 4. Did anyone join you? If so, who and what is their relation to you? No. I worked out alone this time. 5. Was this a new activity to you? Y/N Yes. It was the first time I used this machine at my apartment complex. I’ve used a similar machine at the rec center but not this one in particular. 6. How did you make it enjoyable? I made it enjoyable because I love working out and listened to music while I lifted. 7. Do you plan to do it again? Y/N Why or why not? Yes, I do plan on doing it again. I never really realized how good of a workout I could get off this machine, and now that I know its right here I’m going to use it a lot more.
