Aerobic exercising should only be done for twenty minutes at a time. The last exercise I need to do is strength training . Strength training is weight training . Weight training is resistance training it is an important exercise because it increases my strength . With weight training my muscles and bones adapt by getting bigger and stronger .
As result of being stronger, I am able to increase my performance in sports. I also have more endurance to perform everyday tasks. While I strengthen my muscles and bones, it also will help prevent any injuries to myself. Weight lifting makes me feel better about myself. By lifting, I feel like I am benefiting myself in mind, and body.

The most noticeable effect of exercise is weight loss.
The amount of weight lifted in proportion to a person's 1-repetition maximum (1 RM), the speed of performance, and the technical difficulty of the exercise contribute to the intensity. The purpose of Periodization is to cause the muscle to continually adapt to new conditions of overload and to allow the muscles to recover from the stress of training. There are six basic training phases that may be utilized during a yearly training cycle. The hypertrophy phase (also referred to as the adaptation phase) involves high volume and low-to moderate intensity. The purpose of this phase is to generate a training base or foundation from which to build upon.
With higher intensity came a higher heart rate, and overall better cardiovascular health. The time we spent was close to the hour mark; based on the intensity we played with varied how spent we were by the end of the course allotted time. The type of fitness that badminton allowed was a combination of cardiovascular, flexibility, as well as strength. The intensity and movement allows for the elevated heart rate. Cooper Test/Beep test Cardiovascular endurance can tested for by using various maximal tests which test your limit of endurance in some exercise . Examples include the Cooper test or the bleep test. The 12 minute Cooper test is an excellent method for determining a persons' cardiovascular endurance levels. In carrying out this test, the subject will run around a measured area for 12 minutes using maximum effort. Once the time has finished the subject will stop running and their distance will be measured and recorded.

There are many things that effect physical health within your body; the cardiovascular system which is all about heart strength, cholesterol and blood pressure; the respiratory system, how fitness effects your breathing and the oxygen getting to your muscles and organs; skeletal system and how fitness effects your bones, the strength of them and the condition of the bones; Weight control which effects most of the above factors and a main benefit of being healthy as weight can have a massive effect negatively or positively on your overall health.
