Personality Reflection PSY/250 February 15, 2011 Personality is what defines us as individuals. Our cultural background or current living environment may change our way of thinking or our outlook on life, but doesn’t make us any less unique. Nothing is written in stone saying your personality isn’t supposed to change. Everyday living takes a toll on our personality long and short term. Our biological systems mature and age over time. Our personality is shaped and molded by each experience. A traumatic experience dramatically changes our personality. Personality traits have been researched since the 1800’s and have many different determinations of vadility. Introverted or extroverted, how you’re conditioned and shaped, even your spiritual dimension defines your personality. Psychologist since the 1850’s have been performing different test to try to validate what makes up someone’s personality. Several different tests have been performed and have to meet the standards in vadility. Personality can be define and interrupt different toward others. I see personality as being the systematized pattern of behavioral characteristics of the individual. Personality can be an out view on a person’s actions and verbiage. . Personality is the qualities and features that reproduce a person’s temperament or performance precise to that person and makes him or her who they are. I believe a person’s personality is revealed in a quantity of ways; first through one’s feelings, thoughts, and achievements. For the most part a person’s personality is consistent with minimal change on a daily basis. Our personality permits us to take action in definite ways and act in response to firm things in everyday lives. Personality develops from within the individual and stays firmly steady throughout life. I see
