Ana stated that she does not have legal problems. Histories Ana is a 36 year old married female who is looking stability in her life. She has two children and she is pregnant of her third child (6 years old girl and 3 years old boy). She works as a probation officer and she is Hispanic. She has a master in administration of law and in her medical conditions she stated that she has hypertension and she takes medicine for her condition. Ana stated that she does not how to equilibrate her life and she has some episodes that she does not what to do. She feels anxious, frustrated, scared and overwhelmed with her life. Ana stated that some of stressor comes from work and her family. She stated that maybe is because of the type of job she performs however she has a very supporting family and husband. Also, she reports good attitude towards life, she is spiritual person. My plans are to not only use education as a tool to prepare myself for a profession, but also to help me become a self sufficient individual who is fully prepared for life. Continuing my education in counseling has been my ultimate goal. Now, I will be able to help others by providing the necessary orientation in aspects of life such as: marriage, substance abuse that can make a difference in society. My parents did not realize all the important values I had learned from them. I believe that those values lead me to pursue my goals. I hope one day, in the near future I would be able to pay my parents back for helping me out when I needed them the most. Informal values are so important in life that they help you define social groups. For example; I found somebody with the same values as mine and married him because I believe we both have the same dreams in seeking to reach the same type of goals.
