1 My Life Plan Terry Maddox PHI221-3 Introduction to Logic Stevens-Henager College Online Instructor: Heather Hensell June 15, 2012 2 Abstract To become a complete and well-rounded person, we need to thrive in each of our roles. So much of our happiness as a person depends on our success in our various roles in life. But before you can figure out how to excel in each aspect of your life, you first need to clearly define you roles as a person. Don’t hold back. American philosopher John Rawls (1921-2002) wrote that in order to get the most out of life, everyone needs to develop a “rational life plan” that is, a plan that “ would be chosen by him with full awareness of the relevant facts and after a careful consideration of the consequences…Someone is happy, when his plans are going well and his more important aspirations are being fulfilled.” 3 My Life Plan In developing a Life Plan for my everyday need it took several tries to write my life plan because I was not sure of what I really wanted to do in life. When putting together My Life Plan my values that are important to me our love, understanding, respect discipline, and honesty. In love is the most vital belief in life it is important value to open your mind to the concept of love. Love yourself first than love other. Understanding, is how you see people holding grudges and keeping tempers. In the back of their mind and in the depths of their heart that the other person had a reason for doing what they did.
