Mini Rope 39: Coffee Break This is a rather interesting case which covers a variety of topic. Mr. Marsh noticed the employees’ needs for coffee and satisfied them, and this is made possible completely because of accident. Here’s some of the topic I would like to cover: First, let’s talk about the Job Satisfaction.
