It helps to keep one’s mind fresh and with new ideas on how to deal with issues which I face during my sessions with a client. Self-awareness develops over a period of time and with experience. With time one can learn strategies to help in the development of self awareness so that personal thoughts and experiences does not affect this. Knowledge that is gained through personal experience can sometimes be a barrier when working but if one is personally aware of this, it helps to remove any barrier. It also question one’s own personal values, awareness and beliefs.
These changes will not drop down anytime soon, one must reach out and exert integrity. Experience different challenges, it will help improve one's social being and reenact those challenges. Conspiracies are just another illusionary fear that prevents a person trying something new. The only way a person can be free is happiness. This is the way to take down the system and relief from conspiracy theories which are all illusionary fear.
It is important to keep a balance of the important things in one’s life otherwise, weaknesses can be developed that shadows over a person’s natural strength to prioritize. A balance of the important things in one’s life is what allows personal success to be achieved. Successfulness is the ability to seize new opportunities and explore new paths in life. Balance is the key to success because when there is balance in one’s life there is a cut back of stress, which makes room for the ability to thrive; and a person’s ability to thrive is what carries them to their personal success. To be successful is to understand what is important to you, to recognize your weaknesses without hiding behind them, to strive for balance as well as open new doors in life.
• The feedback from others has development own knowledge, skills and understanding, feedback can be positive and negative but all feedback points to new to the ways and areas of improvement. Negative feedback must not be rejected but must be taken into account and be turned into something positive, but sometimes may undermine some confidence. The feedback from others points out best ways of doing things, what should not be done and get some pointers of approaching a problem from different angle. 3. know how a personal development plan can contribute to own learning and development 3.1 define the term personal development plan A personal development plan are goals that an individual makes to achieves in doing something specific. The personal development plan includes goals, awareness of strengths and weakness.
We must be patient and be able to tolerate varying amounts of floundering, confusion and false starts. We also must allow the individual to take their time to discover their own solutions while being honest with them without being judgemental. If for instance, an individual is showing lack of progress, we need to continue to motivate them and empower them to help themselves. The individual will be experiencing low self-esteem in these circumstances and we need to remind them of past successes. If progress is being made, we need to continue to encourage them and congratulate their progress.
The Value and Purpose of Dreaming and Living Many times in life people find themselves searching for something out of life. Dreams can be a way of making life better. To fulfill your dreams you must have faith. You must have determination. In order for your dreams to come true you must put in work.

Too many people use corruption to do things that benefit themselves. The world would be a better place if everyone were treated fairly. Encouragement is very important because no matter who you are, sooner or later you will need someone to encourage you. Life can be tough at times. How people look can sometimes be misleading.
If I was to do personal centred care then this would definitely reduce the risk of abuse purely because I would have a greater understanding and knowledge of the individual’s preferences and know what they like and dislike. Active participation is also very important in my work place, this enables that the service users are keeping fit and mobile but also builds confidence. By promoting active participation this can reduce abuse as the individual engages positively by actively participating is area of their life, such as in personal care, the scope for abuse by others is reduced. Promoting choices and rights is empowerment and about taking control of your life even if this is in a small ways, by including a resident in their care it allows them to still be an individual to have rights and wishes recognised even if they do not verbally contribute to be included is good practise. 4.2 It’s essential to have an accessible complaint procedure as it reduces the chances or abuse occurring, I believe that this is because it’s made easy to report any forms of abuse by anybody and everybody.
