It is important to keep a balance of the important things in one’s life otherwise, weaknesses can be developed that shadows over a person’s natural strength to prioritize. A balance of the important things in one’s life is what allows personal success to be achieved. Successfulness is the ability to seize new opportunities and explore new paths in life. Balance is the key to success because when there is balance in one’s life there is a cut back of stress, which makes room for the ability to thrive; and a person’s ability to thrive is what carries them to their personal success. To be successful is to understand what is important to you, to recognize your weaknesses without hiding behind them, to strive for balance as well as open new doors in life.
We must be patient and be able to tolerate varying amounts of floundering, confusion and false starts. We also must allow the individual to take their time to discover their own solutions while being honest with them without being judgemental. If for instance, an individual is showing lack of progress, we need to continue to motivate them and empower them to help themselves. The individual will be experiencing low self-esteem in these circumstances and we need to remind them of past successes. If progress is being made, we need to continue to encourage them and congratulate their progress.
Yet, success requires more than just pride and intimidation. Such must be tempered with hard work and devotion. Let the defeat in your enemies’ eyes be your drive. Do not falter when constantly beaten down. Do not break when pushed to the maximum.
No matter what mistakes or bad choices you have made, you can dust yourself off and try again.
