How to Get Your Self Motivated

Every student must motivate himself to study harder and longer, but getting yourself to study for a long time can be very hard for some students, because you might find it boring, or don't feel the need to study for a long time. Motivating yourself to study can be done by some simple steps, and the first one is setting a time table for studying, a time table that is accurate and a one that fits your needs and capabilities, the time table that you make will give you the feeling of accomplishing something every day, and that feeling motivates you to do the same in the next day to get the feeling again. The next step, and the most important one, is to set goals and prizes for yourself, and each time you attain a goal, you get the prize that you have set, as an example, you say: when I finish this homework, I'll go and watch some T.V, or: if I study hard all week long, I'll go and watch a movie in the weekend. By doing this, you are giving yourself something to look up to, which will encourage you to do your duties faster and better. Also, one thing that you can do is to finish the easiest and the less time consuming homework first, with that, you get the feeling that you are making progress fast, and when you come to the hard home works in the end, you'll not feel the time while doing it. The last advice that I have is to make homework something interesting for you, if a teacher tells you to write an essay about any subject, choose the one that interests you the most, the one that you want to know more about, because that will make you do your homework with enthusiasm and happiness. Those are just a few things that you can do to get you motivated, but if you try them and none of them work, try things that you make for yourself, because only you know what really motivates
