At the cessation of the 1st year, a new officer will often feel distanced from people they knew before the academy, since for the past year they fixated on new relationships with other officers. As their vocation perpetuates most offic-ers realize the only friends they have left are other officers. Personal relationships can become strained even though work relationships continue to be supporting. Idealism, motivation, and exuberance are eventually turned into cynicism and pessimism as the years go by. As an officer’s view of the world changes so, do the people around them.
It was a feat on its own being able to balance my time for school, sports, and family/friends. Now I had the challenge of balancing work, extra-curricular projects, and many other things that are connected with living the life of a college student. The equilibrium in my life was no more, but I was able to assess the situation and plan for the challenges ahead. I broke down the many commitments I had made to associations, and decided that I would balance my efforts accordingly so I could achieve success in the most important of my endeavors. My grades did take a slight decline during my first two years of college, for sports and work consumed large chunks of my time.
Cadets must show they are responsible or they might not get the job that they want or get to go to the college that was there dream school. By showing fellow Americans that you can be responsible, you get the stuff that you want because people will think highly of you. Therefore, living by the creed, you have the benefit of gaining more responsibility. Cadets can show they are a better citizen by living by this creed. By not lying, stealing, or cheating, cadets have the ability to become a model citizen.

Normally during the last few days of school, kids put aside their work because they are excited for school to be done with. When they do that, they start getting low grades. Kids usually don't listen at this time of year. Without kids building up with excitement, they would been good leaders through the years. If kids have year-round school, they probably would keep their grades.
I am willing to give up my spare time to set a good example for my family by going to college. The only thing that annoys me the most is when you hear girls out there talking about how they could not finish high school because they were teenage mothers. A little tip is I was a teenage mother and graduated from high school. I had a son and was pregnant for my daughter while I was going to school and I graduated. I was working, taking care of my son as well as going to school.
President Barak Obama Government Period 3 President Barak Obama spoke to students and gave an important message. A few messages in which I did agree on and a few that I disagreed on. His speech had very strong actions, and I liked to hear a different point of view than my own. Barak is a very strong leader for this country and I am looking forward to see how this school year goes as a senior. By being educated, having expectations and being responsible, I can grow as an individual to become a better person.
During my Junior year in high school, I experienced an immense change that reversed my entire perception on why I ran Cross Country as a sport. I was always mediocre at best when it came to running. But in the fall of my Junior year, I realized I could be much more than what I had ever perceived. My coach constantly trained me to my ability everyday, to no avail, or so it seemed. My first couple of races within the season had been tolerable for my standards.
Friends not only helped me become who I am but also the teachers there. They gave me advice and tips to apply to my life in the future. But there is one person in the whole school that has changed my life more than anyone else. In my Sophomore and Junior year, I got into some bad things and got into some trouble with my parents. It got so bad I wanted to move back home to the Philippines.
They have both worked hard to be able to give me and my sister a better life. With their hard work and dedication, they have achieved so much in life and have made it possible for our family to live comfortably. I plan on going to collage to better educate myself, so that one day I may give my family the same. The “American Dream” is still alive today. It has changed over time from the first settlers moving west to find better land, to today the desire of a better education that will ultimately lead to a career and the ability to provide for your family through hard work and prosper in
