For example, my daily walking is a form of physical fitness that will create better physical health; this helps build up my muscles and allows my blood to run smooth through my body. Also, walking creates weight loss that will improve my overall health. People with good physical health will have a lower chance of getting sick because the physical health in their body will help build up the immune system to help protect them from sickness.
To whom this may concern, Having a good nutrition in school and elsewhere is essential to students because, by having a healthy body creates a healthy mind, and the school’s school board is responsible for providing students with a healthy education.
