My wellness plan will address five topics that I feel are most important. These five areas are: exercise, nutrition, pressure release, financial control and my family. Exercise -This year, I have already started to control my own weight, but my main problem is perseverance! I am very good about do it at the same time, every day——just some crunches, some jogging in place. I have now been going pretty consistently for half year so maybe I have broken my cycle.
1.2 - Explain the benefits of using person-centred thinking with individuals. Person centred thinking is the foundation of the plan. If we have that, then we can start with the planning. Having that set of thinking gives the individual the confidence that their plan will be only for their benefits. They know that they will be included in the planning and all the decision and the contents of the plan is for their benefits.
My grades did take a slight decline during my first two years of college, for sports and work consumed large chunks of my time. I had to accept my limits and make the ultimate decision to drop sports from my schedule, so I could get my grades in good academic standing. Accepting that limit was one of the best decisions of my life, because I was able to uncover what it is I truly want to push myself
The approaches must be actionable and not vague in description. For example, these are the three approaches you might use for your goal to lose weight: (1) I will eat no more than 1,200 calories per day. (2) I will walk briskly for one hour every day. (3) I will eat fruits or vegetables instead of cookies and sweets for snacks. 3 Gauge your progress toward your goal every week.
I lost 5 pounds in two days. Two of my friends went on it and both of them reported an 8 pound loss in 3 days. Then, after some time had passed, I began to realize that the weakness and shakiness may have just been from sugar and/or caffeine withdrawal. So, I'm currently doing it again but do not plan to post any more results until I have reached my goal (or at least near it). At that point, I will probably just write up my results in the form of my own personal success story!
Your goals, values, possessions, and spirituality are what matter to you the most. If you want to get somewhere in life you’re going to have to work hard and make the best decisions you can to get where you want to go.
Contingency Theories of Leadership To successfully run an organization, many aspects must work together to ensure that everything runs efficiently and effectively. A major part to the effectiveness of the organization internally is leadership among the organizations staff members. But what is leadership and why is it important? We define leadership as the ability to influence group towards the achievement of a vision or set of goals (Robbins et al 2011). Without being able to communicate, direct and inspire people like leaders do, organizations would struggle to be successful as they would not be able to do effectively communicate visions and help overcome hurdles to the best of their ability.
Nutritional Assignment #5 Effects of More Food and Exercise On My Quality of Life After graduating high school, I stopped playing soccer. This led me to exercise less, as I had not found an alternative form of exercise. While there were no significant problems to my wellness, I wanted to increase my health benefits and maintain my weight loss. The method I chose to get these results was to first record my initial findings from my labs and then record my calorie intake on a food log to begin and build an exercise regime. After several weeks of implementing this plan, there was a slight improvement in my physical abilities but a significant betterment to my overall feeling of wellness.

Goal setting is an important method of: -Deciding what you want to achieve in your life. -Separating what's important from what's irrelevant, or a distraction. -Motivating yourself.
Readiness for Leadership Administrators today are faced with extraordinary challenges. As an administrator I will strive with great determination to meet these challenges and go beyond what is expected. I have learned much about what it takes to be a leader through my coursework, leadership textbooks, learning, field experiences, and my knowledge of the state standards for administrators. All of this has prepared me to be a leader that will make a difference for students. I have spent much time developing skills that I know will be important as a leader.
