Today coconut shake has become one of the hottest cold drinks known in Malaysia. Being one of the tropical fruit in Malaysia, coconut palm is the only plant that is useful from its leaves to its trunk. Coconut water from the fruit can be used for cooking and also can be drunk directly. The benefits of coconut water in health especially in reducing fever are popular among Malaysian, and today, they are making it more delicious by combining it with blended ice and vanilla ice cream. But unfortunately, it is found that the numbers of kiosks that sell coconut shake are still lacking. So our company decided to make an innovation to the recipe by converting coconut shake into powdered form. Now, everyone can enjoy making their own coconut shake at home. We also add 10 different flavors that never been made by others into our own special recipe without losing its original taste. We sure that our new special recipe will absolutely triggers everybody taste buds! Our market area will be the big city of Ipoh for a start. With continued growth in the area, the opportunity to serve the residents will increase. Our targets are the individuals and local businesses like supermarket and groceries stores. Our management philosophy is based on team, work, responsibility and mutual respect. The manager of CN Shake will be __________ graduated from _______ who have successfully operated a similar business in Johor. She have more than four years relevant experience in the industry and hold various degrees and certificate in management and hospitality. According to our estimation, CN Shake is expected to break even in the third month of operations.
