The teachers done all kinds of stredegy to engage me on English. As time go by I was not grasping the assignment as quickly as I should have been. Learning how to point out sentence essential and agreements were just another part of English that was getting me prepared for writting skills. After learning several parts of English I started working on establishing a express book to write my thoughts that come to surface in it. Writing in my express book helped me correspond with English in a different way to understand how writing is a way of English taht should be familar.
Dear Mnings, and my goals from this class are to apply the knowledge that I have previously learned and to learn new ways to express myself. I think that this class can really help improve the way that we write. I am also hoping to make the best of this class and succeed productively. I hope to expand my techniques in writing. If I mislead someone because I did not communicate with him or her in the proper way will cause a problem. In chapter three of our textbook gives us a list of ways to improve our communication skills. One way to improve your communication skills was to first to work on your self-awareness. I have always been one to look at the things and the world around me with an open mind. I am look forward to learning more about communication skills in this class.
Eng-101-001 What I Expect To Get Out Of Eng-101 Some of my expectations heading into ENG-101 are to learn how to begin writing a paper. I usually know what it is that I want to say, but I always find it difficult to locate that one particular sentence to begin my paper. Once I have the beginning, I feel better about putting my words together on paper. I also expect to learn how to organize my ideas and thoughts, and work on constructing my individual ‘voice’ on paper so it flows and makes sense to those who will be reading the paper. I have limited writing experience; my career paths have not required me to utilize my writing skills (or lack of).
At the start of the quarter, my instructor, Stephanie asked me to write a paragraph about my goal in the end of this class, English 101, although I hated writing a lot, but I still wrote that I wanted to be a "good writer." At that time, when I was using the words "good writer," I did not completely have any definition about it. I only wanted to get the average score to pass this subject. However, through this quarter, now I've known what it is defined and how to be a good writer as well. From the first to the last essay, my writing skills are getting better and better time by time.
Ever since I have taken a higher English class such as AP it became more challenging for me. As such the class need good writing skill beyond my capabilities, and causes me to struggle once again. Despite the setback, I shall not give up on such an issue; I definitely make my writing skill become better.
