Understanding Employment Responsibilities and Rights in Health, Social Care or Children’s and Young People’s Settings Know the statutory responsibilities and rights of employees and employers within own area of work. 1.1 List the aspects employment covered by law Every aspect of employment is covered by law. The first of any form of employment needs a contract; the employee must have a contract of employment.
