Wilson lay dead on Gatsby's marble floor, while Gatsby himself inches out of his pool, covered with his own blood. One of Gatsby's servants and I heard the gunshots and immediately scrambled to the incapacitated Gatsby who was flailing like a fish out of water. Gatsby muttered "I'm dead; don't bother saving me, old sport." "NO! We can help, she is a nurse." Gatsby slipped out of consciousness. The servant and I slowly moved Mr. Gatsby into the mansion to treat him. I suggested we move Gatsby to the attic after cleaning out his wounds and I put clothes on to Gatsby's body. The nurse kept Gatsby up in the attic for a week, treating him until he recovered from the shooting. Gatsby told me to contact Mr. Wolfsheim for help covering up. The nurse was a relative of Mr. Wolfsheim so I got the number from her to call him for Gatsby. I told him to come over to the mansion so he can inform the police that Gatsby has died. A week since Gatsby was shot; I went over to see Daisy to tell her what had happen. When I knocked on the door, there was no answer. I peeked through the window and the whole house was completely empty. I knocked on the door one more time when, finally, Tom and Daisy's servant answered the door.
