ACC 548 Week 5 Learning Team Assignment Reporting Requirements M to purchase http://allmysolution.com/ACC-548_c119.htm Product Description One issue in accounting is the qualifications of an accountant when working for a client. It is expected that a CPA will not engage in an assignment without proper qualifications. Your firm has the ability to bid on two projects: the first is engagement and examination work—not consulting or audit—for a small county hospital. The second is work for a private, not-for-profit nursing home. Prepare a memo of 700-1,050 words for the senior partner.
Worksheet for You Decide Name ________ Course Code ACCT 555 Grade ___/ Date_08/25/13 Questions: Q1: Discuss how the SEC has influence (if any) over the audit of Smackey Dog Foods, Inc. Solution: The SEC would have a significant influence over the audit of Smackey Dog Foods, Inc. Since my firm, Keller CPA’s, has been hired to conduct the audit of Smackey Dog Foods Inc., it can be assumed that Smackey Dog Foods is a privately held company, which means the audit is governed by AICPA and PCAOB auditing standards. The SEC, AICPA, and PCAOB all require independence during an audit. This means that an auditor must maintain independence of the mind and independence in appearance.

The Journal of Nursing Education states, “researchers found the concepts of caring and nurturance were identified as high motivators for choosing nursing” (Williams, Wertenberger, Hames, Gushuliak, 1997). At that time, I was working back office at a Urology office and was going to school. I decided one day that to be able to provide for my daughter if something were to happen between my husband and I that I could always support us. Therefore, my journey began. A Journey Amongst Friends I was fortunate enough to go to nursing school with my best friend Harley.

I greatly appreciate the opportunity to observe what a great class you have and what an amazing teacher you are. While observing your class on Friday morning I noticed a few things. First of all I noticed what a wonderful, caring, and extremely friendly personality you have towards your young students. You seem to love your job very much because of your demeanor during class.
Embedded Assessment 1 I would like to introduce my mom, Cathy Patterson. She’s a molecular biologist, and went to Conestoga High School in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. I enjoyed getting to interview her because it let me get to know my mom a bit more, and made me realize what I have to do to do well in high school. To start off with, I asked her if she liked high school, and asked her to explain why or why not. She said that she had enjoyed being at high school, because she loved learning, and she got to hang out with her friends a lot.
Recognizing that at the end, hard work pays off and you can appreciate that experience that was important to you. Entering into high school, the only thing that seemed important to me was Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (JROTC). I instantly fell deeply in love with the program and all the foundations that it instilled within me. The reason for being interested into getting into the program was from my mom. Also, I enjoy
