It is the ability of the teacher to distinguish between the different skills of the learner e.g. the learner may have some good ideas but may lack in their written work.

I believe as I’m mature for my age, I am a good role model for the people I work with, and as I have lived with someone with disabilities I can relate to them in some ways. * I am a forgiving and patient person, which I think is what you need to work in this sector.
All children want attention from their parents, it can be good or bad attention and if they do not receive the attention they want it can lead to struggle for the child. The narrator's of both stories are not shown the attention that they want and makes them struggle to find their true identities. In "The Charmer" Winifred is never the centre of attention, she is always overshadowed by her brother Zachary "..it was like he was a movie star or TV hero or something" (Wilson 101). Her parents always gave him the attention, even when he disobeyed the rules of the house he still found a way to make it positive and funny to the parents. Zachary got so much attention that Winnifred wanted to be just like him that's why she did everything he asked her to do but when they both grow up things change.
It’s wrong, in human, and a child will never forget it. It’s like a scare. It never goes away. Everything your child does will remind them of things that happened in the past. Yes your child loves you he/she always will no matter what u say or do to them, but it’s just something that’s not forget able and it’s really not something they can just for give you for.

It was Marie’s first time in public school and after years of tutors and home schooling, Marie was smart and bright and going to High school. What Mr. and Mrs Samuels did not understand was why their daughter was struggling in English. She was perfectly prepared for High School. Her parents got the best tutors and followed the most prestigious lesson plans they could find, triple checked that they were teaching her everything, and even went as far as to set up an appointment with every one of her teachers to make sure that she was on the right track.
Anyone who has raised a child can understand the many obstacles and challenges of parenthood. Every parent wants to see their child happy and succeed in life, but in order to accomplish that, many parents believe they must grant their child’s every want and need. Ruben Navaratte Jr.’s article from the San Diego Tribune, “The deprived child who has it all” is shared to be aimed towards the parents of the new millennium. Navarette bring up the issue about parents of the new millennium who make the mistake of ironically providing too much for their children. In the opening paragraph of the article, Navarette shares his own experience of growing up as a child in the 1940’s.
I married and started my family young like my mom. Both of my parents were hard workers and that never missed a day unless they were really sick. I have developed that same work ethic. I saw my mom go back to school when I was little to earn her degree so I knew going to school at any age was an option. I want my kids to know that it’s good to have dreams and goals at any age and they can have the life they want and deserve
I used the techniques my parents taught me, and that their parents taught them and put it into consideration while raising Zara and Samia. From what I believe I was a very warm parent. But based off of the evaluations, I was told that compared to other parents I was more strict. My parenting I believe helped Zara turn into the young adult she is today. My warm and (according to virtual child) strict parenting help mold Zara into I believe would be the best example of a child any parent would want.
