I think the handle of King Tut body when archeologist Howard Carter found in 1922, was not handle properly and could of caused damage like the blow to the skull, which is why people suspect he was murdered. I think King Tut injury being so severed that his immune system was fighting so hard that if he got sick his body would have just shut down. I think at the end of the day the injury to his thigh is what caused him to die because if he didn’t have the injury and had gotten sick I think his immune system would of been able to fight it off the
I believe everybody needs that one person in their life that they share a romantic intimacy with, the old man lost his and who knows if that was the reason he attempted suicide. But just because the old man was lonely and old doesn’t justify what the young waiter was saying. “A Haunted House” by Virginia Woolf was also confusing and it
The Zodiac is a man that must be crazy a psychopath, but at the same times a genius. Zodiac is confirmed to have murdered five people, and seriously wounded two more, he had claimed that the number was over 37 victims but never disclosed who or when for the other 30 victims. During the era when the Zodiac was out in about it was from the early 1960s -1970’s in the San Francisco, Santa Cruz, and Vallejo area. The citizens at this time were frightened; they never knew who could be the killer or when he was going to strike next. They had from someone who had survived one of the attacks, a police sketch, and details on his size and weight but nothing conclusive.
Although he says he went inside, he also said he did not witness the murder, and he also described the scene after the murder wrong saying that Mr. Robinson fell off the chair once he reentered the room. Although this may have been true his story was not ever proven, there were no witnesses. The story which the other Indian man gives is not believable telling the jury that a friend of five years threatened to kill him if he told anyone. As an accused person himself, there would be no reason to wait till Tom’s trial. Why did he reenter the room where Mr. Robinson had been slain?
During the story it also describes their attempts to converse with an A&W employee, but no one will offer them consolation. O’Brien himself realizes that if he didn’t have writing to work through his trauma, he might be in wretched into a place as Bowker. Both stories also talk about the tragedy of the deaths that were occurring. In The Things They Carried Kiowa was an loved member of the alpha company and O’Brien friend. Although O’Brien is unclear about whether or not he actually threw a grenade and killed a man outside My Khe, his memory of the man’s corpse is strong and recurring, symbolizing humanity’s guilt over war’s horrible acts.
Holden Caulfield has random thoughts about suicide several times. He thinks about just killing himself and doesn’t think about how others would feel if he died. He just assumes that no one would care. “I felt like jumping out the window. I probably would've, too, if I'd been sure somebody'd cover me up as soon as I landed.
I, however, believe that Monika killed Jimi out of jealousy of his relationship with Devon and other woman. She was talking to friend after his death and wrote a book later saying how her and Jim spoke about marriage. Jimi was the biggest free love free spirit. Devon was said to be the closest thing he had to a girlfriend. I also believe that she killed him because there was said to have been a towel with substantial amounts of red wine and all over the sheets and Jimi.
She had gone to jail for twenty-two years. After her sentence, it was found the companion had actually committed suicide. Whether in the 1930’s or the 1990’s people lives have been wasted on inconceivable evidence and faulty juries. In both the cases of Tom Robinson and Virginia Beverly Monroe, their lives were wasted unfairly. Tom was a crippled man accused
This can be seen by the case of White (1910). in this case the defendant put cyanide into the victims drink how ever the defendant died from a heart attack before drinking the drink but the defendant was not the factual cause of death but still he was guilty of attempted murder. This is because the court held that the defendant had everything in motion to do his unlawful act. Another case illustrating factual causation is the case of Pegett (1983). In this case the defendant used his pregnant wife as a human shield.
I was also sad about this new, but something was disturbing me. How an 18 years old boy could do something like that to his friends, family circle? Is Suicide can be punished? Can we punish a dead person because his/her act had a terrible influence on he/she family? In this brief essay, I would try to put some historical research to prove that suicide was considered as criminal in the past.
