I decided to accept the position as a long-term temporary contractor with Atos IT Solutions because I knew that getting my foot in the door and gaining some experience in my new chosen field would benefit me in the long-run. Entering the company as an entry-level Call Coordinator I would learn to use the software popular in the field and network with IT professionals, giving insight to the positions I ultimately would seek. After the initial interview with the hiring manager of the department, I would be working in I felt confident that there could be some advancement if I followed the directive of the company. I would have to continue my program and obtain my BS in IT as well as take a few classes and obtain some IT certifications to further my career at Atos. I knew this was the direction I wanted to take so I accepted the position and started the position in April 2012.

Tanglewood Case 3 September 6, 2015 Tanglewood Recruitment While reading the casebook, I think Tanglewood is in the right stages for recruiting, they are doing all steps needed to hire employees. As you will see in my paper, I have shown some ads I feel would draw attention to the company and bring more candidates in. I also think that they need a time frame. When you have open timeframe, potential candidates lose interest and take themselves out of the running for the position. I being in this position seen a lot of this.
It was exciting also, to have developed such good working relationship in such a short period. In the meantime, there were two challenges during the length of the project: Inability to meet regularly except during class session and individual work scheduled. However, the use of phone calls and email communications as were as the one time face-face meeting to complete the final draft, were steps taken to address those challenges In parallel to the challenges was the positive aspect of the group project. The research critique has taught me the value of identifying the right research design to match research question. I also learned the importance of using a randomly selected sample size to make it easy to generalize findings to other populations.
A great deal of work is done doing the preparation, and the performance is more about how to most effectively carry out the presentation. I have spent several weeks putting this document together.
