(Xu,2014) But at the meanwhile,in the reality,developing low-dense area need to replace farmland or open space. If there are buildings or industries nearby that use natural gas, the fact that there is a gas terminal is nearby will save money as it will not be needed to transport it from farther away. The area is a good place for development due to the natural harbor there, which means that oil tankers, ferries, boats etc., use the deep water there. The area is also rather sheltered, which would reduce erosion of the coast, meaning that buildings there would have a lower chance of being damaged. Also, the land is flat which means that it will be easier to build on. Figure 2b is a good place to build on for many reasons.

An example is living in the city, where your home is closer to the workplace, a shopping center on the way makes saving time and fuel easy. The advantage for the business-minded, looking to expand business, can find a real estate agent to locate property, a banker to finance it, contractor to build, even a great restaurant to wine and dine potential clients all in the same block downtown. For many parents that have busy professional careers outside the home, the advantage of being closer to work affords them more time to spend with the family, and less time on the road. Children are also closer to schools, parks, friends and soccer practice.

If the federal government continues to regulate DST, protection for individuals is more guaranteed. On the contrary, in a small town it is not considered impolite to start small talk with people and eventually build up your connection with them. People are not always in such a hurry and almost always have time to chat for a while. All in all building friends that can last is much more flourishing in a small town differing from that of large cities where it is by far more difficult to make lasting friendships.
