A very important aspect in HR management is employing staff with the right skills and qualification required for a particular job role and training those staff who don’t have the right required skills to carry out a particular task. Forms of communication may include: Pictorial, Sign, Verbal, Non-verbal, Electronic Written, Formal, Some examples are One to one communication -This is verbal and could be with staff, clients or other professionals. Emails – Generally emails are sent within the organisation or to another company. I will often email staff their newsletters and meeting minutes.
The team would send out minutes from the meeting with detailed notes of decisions and progress made within the meeting. Additionally, the notes would contain the goals and objectives of the group prior to the next meeting. These notes would be emailed to all members of the group as well as posted on the team website. The team also utilized email and texting to communicate with one another throughout the week. Considering the busy schedules and personal lives of all team members I feel that we did well to meet on a weekly basis.
