The Woodstock organization has pride themselves on providing several different kinds of services and they are helping those who are suffering from a domestic relationship and finding them help to end it also helping troubled teens find their way in life and not end up on the wrong side of the law or even getting in to drugs. The Woodstock organization also is really big on fighting homelessness around their community they have noticed how much of a problem homelessness has troubled the country and have done everything they can to lower the number of homeless in their own community, also child care is another service they provide to the public because they know how hard it can be to raise a family especially children and some people just don’t have the necessary funds to take care of children and this is where the Woodstock
At first I was very nervous about finding information online and the online collaboration, but being a part of this unit was extremely empowering and it has taught me to be more understanding of each individual situation when working collaboratively. I will take all of this information on board and no doubt use it in my future
There are many people that will be involved in this decision and it is not a decision that is to be taken lightly. There is all aspect of things that an organization can benefit from when implementing an information system. The biggest thing of all that an organization needs to look at when looking to implementing an information system is will it allows us to grow, will it allows to be more efficient. All of these things have to be looked and thought through carefully. The goal is that the new information system implementation will allow the company to provide better care for the patients, as well as for the company.
Week Three Team Reflection March 5, 2012 Organizational Development Andrew Wagstaff There are so many different things that people can do so that they can make a great team. One thing is to definitely communicate with one another and get to know each other a little better than what they already do. Another thing is to come up with an activity for all of them to do in a certain amount of teams to see how good they can do things in partners then after they are done with their tasks have them alternate. Of course it would have to be an activity that has to do with what the group will do in the future but the other advantage in this situation would have to be that the group will come together and get comfortable with one another. I have now started to delegate more preparation work to other workers. This was very motivating for me because this was the first time someone had considered me as whole person, not just me getting the job done.
