What are the Bahrain Bay’s four foundational philosophies, and how might they be used as marketing tools? - The four foundational philosophies that Bahrain Bay’s tries to communicate comprises of: a. Aesthetics – The Bahrain Bay is the first high-reaching project for the Kingdom of Bahrain. The developers of the project aim to create a world-class destination which jives perfectly with its surrounding environment. Diversification of the style and design of this project is of outstanding importance in establishing an environment which is lingering, amazing and alive. b. Social Equity – This project endows a wide-range of opportunities for all. It believes to serve its stakeholders. Bahrain Bay promises a quality of life for residents, businesses and visitors alike. c. Community – The Bahrain Bay believes that the development project lurks in its community and its own society. Establishing an affiliate community is the biggest challenge for Bahrain-based investment group, because the project succeed or not is based on its community and the different societies and people that are going to live inside this residential project. d. Tomorrow’s Environment – Bahrain Bay intends to create a development that respects its unique environment and shows its commitment to sustainability. Through the usage of state of the art technologies in its construction and infrastructure, it is the intention to make Bahrain Bay a development that will safeguard the region ’s environmental being well-being for generations to come. 2.
