Navy core values and the importance of being on time Integrity is the heart and the very essence of each Navy Core Value, but more importantly, it is the foundation on which every aspect of seabee operations is built. Integrity must be the standard instilled within the innermost heart of every man who takes a mission to the uttermost parts of the world. It is integrity that bonds the crew of a battalion so tightly together that when faced with any circumstance, each individual can trust his shipmate to meet the needs of the moment. Integrity comes from within each man's heart and is revealed through his respect for the standards of conduct. As a Seabee, it is my duty and responsibility to maintain the highest degree of integrity while serving my country with honor, courage, and commitment in the United States Navy.

It consist of visible and none visible factors which include the characteristics of a person such as their background, culture personality. In addition to the characteristics that are protected under the discrimination legislation in terms of race, disability, gender, religion, sexual orientation and age by recognising and understanding that everyone has the right to be treated as a individual and encouraging individuals to express their individuality freely if they wish everyone who is cared for in your setting will feel valued as a individual. We must treat every individual the same regardless of any medical conditions, religions, culture and life style and deserves the same care and respect. 1.2 Critically review approaches to person-centred practice Person centred practice is needs-led, in that it should cover every aspect of an individual’s health and social care requirements. There are many different approaches however there are elements that should be included in all approaches. * Rights - supporting and encouraging an individual to maintain their rights * Independence - promoting, enabling and encouraging an individual to be as independent as possible. * Choice - allowing, ensuring and promoting individuals to have and make choices.
It is important to the mission because hit times was made for a reason and if anyone misses the hit time it anything terrible could happen. Being on time always and even being early has great effect on the mission and any plan that has been made for that time period. As a soldier it is my duty to my country to be on time and show up for my duties as instructed by my leaders and higher ups. By doing this I am showing my full dedication to being a Soldier. I want to be a soldier that is known for being reliable and upstanding.
Integrity can be gained over time, regardless of what was taught during ones early years. People have gained integrity and values concerning their morals through encouragement, discipline, and guidance from individuals like those in the military. The United States Marine Corps places integrity among its fourteen leadership traits. These leadership traits are what young Marines are taught from their first days as a recruit, and charged to uphold as the Marine climbs the ranks. There are individuals that feel integrity should only be practiced as needed, a switch that can be turned on an off as the situation dictates.
What role does the HR Sergeant play in the Army Profession? The Human Resources Sergeant has a responsibility to ensure all other members of the Army are free of distractions and worries. They do so by providing support that affects Soldiers’ overall readiness and well-being. The HR Sergeant in an organization must ensure Soldiers are combat-ready. Primarily, they assist Soldiers’ develop their careers.
Another way that I show loyalty is by wearing the uniform of the U.S. Army. Not only am I a Cadet but a Student Athlete as well. I will come to practice and training to better my performance as well as score points for the team to participate in big events; which fall under duty. "Treating others with dignity and respect while expecting others to do the same," is what I live by. Respect is trusting that all people have done their jobs and fulfilled their duty.
This (EH) is one of the NCO’s basic responsibilities to make sure (EH) that everyone has respect. This is something that everyone has (EH) to make sure that they are teaching everyone at an (EH) early time once they arrive into the unit. Even when (EH) a person first enters the Army they are taught the (EH) meaning of respect within the Military. Sometimes in the Military (EH) we often lack respect when we don’t truly understand the (EH) meaning of the word. We throw around the word 'respect' (EH) very effortlessly, as a single cure-all for everything we (EH) do.
Esprit de corps is a traditional military expression that denotes the Army’s common spirit, a collective ethos of camaraderie and cohesion within the team. Esprit de corps exists at all levels, influencing individual morale, team cohesion, and ethos within the Army Profession. It is reflected in motivation, morale and discipline of the soldiers in a unit. Pride in what they are doing for their families and the American people, as well as just knowing they are doing something good with their lives but living up to the army morals and values. Espirit De Corps in a unit can be based on the experience and history of the unit as well as customs and traditions unique to it.
