Well trained soldiers will likely succeed and survive on the battlefield. Well trained soldiers properly do the tasks their NCOs give them. If you were to understand that no matter how unfair or upsetting an order or task might be, it is never acceptable to disobey a direct order, or any order or task. Personal Ethics Statement Personal ethics is the core values you live by each and every day that help you make important decisions throughout your life. It is how one values oneself. Personal ethics is the normal foundation on which people build their lives. It is developed throughout life and used to make every decision. I view myself as a very honest, strong and sensible person when it comes to both at work everyday life and academic environments.
The main standards of my job role are to provide a high level of professional care to all residents giving them the upmost dignity and respect and also giving families and friend’s emotional support. Standards involving personal care and communication in my role are very important because it sets an example to other staff and new staff and can help them to understand how their role as a career should be executed. 3. There are a number of ways to ensure that personal attitudes or beliefs do not obstruct the quality of my work; it is important to leave any problems in your personal life at the door, so you are starting your shift with a clear, fresh mind set. It is important to remain completely professional at all times because you are performing a duty of care.
Having these capabilities will be an important virtue in fulfilling my duties as an Army officer. All of my life I have wanted difficult challenges and been determined to excel in each of them. When playing sports, studying in the classroom, participating in clubs, and working my various jobs, I sought out challenges and excelled with a sense of pride and satisfaction. I also think it is my duty to serve my country as an officer in the United States Army and repay for all of the wonderful privileges I have been able to have. After I serve time as an officer, I believe that my leadership skills and training will give me great opportunities in life.

In addition, when cadets conduct themselves in a manner that brings credit to their family, country, school and Corp of Cadets, they can ensure their respect as they have gained it by showing they have earned it. Therefore, by living by the creed, you have the benefit of gaining more respect. Cadets can get more responsibility by living by this creed. By practicing good citizenship, Cadets show fellow Americans that they can be responsible for their actions and deeds. Cadets must show they are responsible or they might not get the job that they want or get to go to the college that was there dream school.

Dear: National Junior Honor Society Committee I currently represent the “Character” Trait of NJHS by being honest to others and very workable with my fellow peers. Many people rely on me as a very good person to come to in a great time of need. I deeply care for my family and other people.
