To test the new information the company had to build a research model that would help them explore their options, thus the use of the exploratory research. Accompanying this research was the creation of interview questions that would help them understand whether or not this project would assist the company. The company took all their sales personnel along with a few of the customer service representatives to take on this task, then they needed to determine the amount of leads each person took on, and how successful those sales closure were.. With all the answers from our interview process the company built a bar graph to depict their findings and final research analysis. It helped to give a visual of what a smart amount of leads to take in would be and what is not a good amount.
