The organization I have chosen is the American Red Cross. The American Red Cross is an organization led by volunteers to provide help to victims in disasters. According to our author he talks about the American Red Cross- South Central Connecticut Chapter. Just like any other organization that is around the world most have chapters which that chapter governs a specific spot for their specific needs around the world. In our case study Nancy Silverman is the main character. Nancy Silverman is a director of volunteer services for the American Red Cross.
