American dream synthesis essay The American dream is an ethos adopted by the entire nation of America since its founding that is constantly changing. It is difficult to assess the amount of access to the American dream that America grants to the “tired, the poor, and the huddled masses,” because of the constant change of the acceptable quality of life and the individual interpretation of the word “success”. Even though not all people take it America still provides access to the American dream to the “tired, the poor, and the huddled masses,” Through Federal laws that apply to everyone but especially help the poor, talents and skills that are greatly praised by Americans, and also through social connections. There are many instances where America provides access to the “American Dream” to the “tired, the poor, and the huddled masses,” through National laws, skills and talents, and social connections.
