To find a need of the people for a particular product or service and expand on it in order to make a profit is what many entrepreneurs do to start their company. A perfect example is the formation of Five Guys Burgers and Fries by the Murrell family. Their desire to focus on providing the consumer with quality burgers and fries have led them to be very successful in a short amount of time. This paper will determine how Five Guys’ philosophy sets it apart from other fast-food chains.

Learning from my supervisor, I learned that there are some courses that stay constant and happen every week while some courses are only three times a year. Other important parts of the schedule are planning and a thorough review. My goal in this paper is to describe the process of creating our class schedule for the next fiscal year. The first part of the task is to schedule local classes that occur every week in Yokosuka, Japan.

Problem: The challenge was to transform a large group of family-based employees, working under an ad-hoc management style, into a professional group of dynamic employees operating within a structured international organizational culture. We also talked to the employees in the meat department they was very nice and they helped us by weighing items proving us with how many pounds of meats we will need to feed a family of 4 without spending so much money. Whole Foods had products that we can try before we buy, for instance breads that were freshly made it was good and healthy but very different of other breads that I have had. The second market we choose to compare Whole Foods market to was ShopRite which we just picked the same items we gather from Whole Foods to see which prices and quantity is better in which market. For example Whole Foods corn were 4 for $2 and ShopRite were 6 for $2, Whole Food lemonade was $2.99 each and ShopRite was 3 for $5 so
