This vendor training was informative not only for the vendors but for me too. The challenges I encounter while gathering information for this project was the vendors pre-registration. The letters that were mailed to the vendors had the day that their group was suppose to attend. Some vendors could not make it on their designated day so I had to schedule them on another day which required the Social Workers to pull a double shift at the session. Then I had the vendors who could not make up their minds in regards to who would be representing their center or daycare.
PROJECT BUDGET CMGT 410 Project Budget Memo Attn: Overflow, LLC Management & Stakeholders Date: 25 November 2013 Subject: Offsite Training Session Budget Proposal I would like to propose a budget for the two day training for Overflow, LLC that will commence on Friday, May 23, 2014 at 9:00 am and conclude on Saturday, May 24, 2014 at 6:00 pm. This budget will include and foreseeable milestones, the timeline for the budget and how it relates to the necessary resources. With management and stakeholders knowing this information it will allow for proper planning throughout the project. Resources There are many resources that will be utilized during this two day training. The most important is going to be the hardware and software that will be needed to conduct the training.
2 Project Task List Attn: Management and Stakeholders Mason West, LLC Information Database The database that is in the process of being created and implemented into the Masonic West, LLC offices will require much training, preferably hands on. This training is meant to be for a shift supervisor from each of the branch hubs throughout the U.S. and because of the short timeline of this project; the training will need to be conducted over a two day span at a centralized location. In order to make this happen and for the Managers from each brank to get the most out of the training as they can; this will take a lot of planning and a well-executed agenda that is backed by a long list of resources. Listed below you will see the resources and their responsibilities to this project. * Project Management Team.
I am going to use some techniques described in this section such as scheduling early classes, studying in between classes and when I am studying, actually focusing. This quarter my latest class starts at 9 a.m., and my earliest class is 8 a.m. This already shows how I put this section into effect. I plan on scheduling my classes early like this for the rest of my college career that way I can get an early start every day. I try to study in between my classes during my two hour breaks on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays so I don’t fall behind in my schoolwork.
Plan and Conduct Group Activities Assessment 1 – Group Observation/Report Name the aims/goals of the group To learn the necessary information required to achieve Certificate IV in Community Services at NCI TAFE Port Macquarie Campus, with classes being two three hour lectures a day two days a week plus smaller groups running their own project work for 120 hours. History background of the group The group has a diverse background with ages ranging from 18 to 50 something. The gender balance is predominantly female with a small male presence. The group has had a certain shift in numbers as several people have left for various reasons and others have joined the group for some classes, while others whom had RPL for Semester 1 have returned for Semester 2.The group formed from many life experiences including running businesses, raising families, working on cruise ships amongst many other occupations, straight from school and single, married and separated or divorced. Each person has brought their own particular set of personal circumstances, financial level and learning capacity to the group.
You must have a minimum of 12 entries by the end of your project, and 15 hours must be spent WITH your mentor. 2. Date each journal entry. If you are doing the same thing for an extended period of time (for example: for an entire week you practiced the G scale on the guitar each day for an hour) then you may block your time and only write one journal entry for that block of time (January 1-10, 2010). Keep in mind that if you block your time for your journal entries, you still need to write a minimum of 12 separate entries by the end of your project.
1. If everything went perfectly during my education here at WGU I would complete my degree in: 12 Months 2. Some potential obstacles that could hinder me in my WGU goal attainment would be: Not having the time to commit to finishing extra classes 3. If I happen to get off track the best way to motivate me to get back on course would be to: (ie: Have more frequent contact – ie 2x weekly phone meetings; request that I submit email progress reports weekly, etc.) Submit email progress reports 4.
A couple of the things I noticed were the differences in the scheduling and rules and attitudes, responsibility on my part, and the work load. In high school, we were required to be at school by a certain time of the morning and once you arrived you were there for the day having seven or eight classes with a thirty minute lunch break. In college you have more freedom with your class schedule. Some students may have a class at eight in the morning and then not have another one until two that afternoon. Others may only have class two or three days a week, depending on how they arrange their schedule.
You are about to become a senior in a few months! :) Becoming a senior is not always easy. Every decision you make from now on will affect your future. You have two choices, slack of your senior year or keep up that hard work for one more year. Just think about all that hard work you have done throughout the last three years; taking test, completing projects, and preparing yourself for college.
