The richly decorated gowns worn by wealthy Georgian women were often adorned with an "eschelle stomacher" (a fancy corset designed to be worn in public and adorned with bows of decreasing size) above the waistline and an embroidered and trimmed petticoat below. Ladies' skirts were supported by hoops made of cane or rattan. Under the hoops and corset, ladies wore "shifts" (knee-length undergarments with elbow-length sleeves adorned with a froth of lace). 11. The girls seem like they come from high class families because of the large room they are in, the clothing they wear, and the large chandelier . All the girls are wearing Victorian clothing; the wired cage or hoop skirt helps make the dresses look puffy. All of the girls are wearing a different colored dress such as blue, pink, purple, green, and yellow. The carpet the girls are standing on is a dark green and red. ANALYZE: Heffernan emphasizes the chandelier as the main focus point.
In the middle, it had a repetitive pattern of floral shapes going in an outward spiral. Another common element I found was that there was gold engraved on around half of the displays. I saw a lot of deities and divine beings crafted in pure gold, and sarcophaguses lined with gold strips as well. One display I really liked was a ceremonial sword, which was made during the Ottoman period by Ahmed Tekelu. Called the ‘yatagan’ in Turkish, the hilt of the sword features a gold dragon and phoenix in combat with rubies for their eyes, which I found extremely appealing.
Many wall hangings like painting, portraits and mirror surround the room. His bed covers most of his bedroom’s space. It’s a very clean and tidy room with everything in place. The walls of his room are pale violet, and the floor is wooden but has green shaded lines on it. On the right of the wall is part of a very common looking blue door.
The clothing of Melbourne city was said to be the best and always in fashion. Men’s clothing were quite similar for the working class and middle classes. However, woman’s clothing had many differences and qualities for the various society statuses. Well off or women that were in the middle classes had to dress accordingly to the “in” fashion. During the 1880s this meant middle class women would wear tightly woven corsets and long vintage dresses.
The ring is a white color reminding me of my grandmothers antique silver platters. The etching is very wavy and curved like the waves tumbling on the oceans surface. It also has beaded edges surrounding the diamonds that simply enhance the beauty of my ring. The beads look as if they were dripped perfectly beside each stone by hand. It looks as if someone carved each and every bit of etching with such grace that it would have taken quite a while to finish this piece.
History In 1990, Vera Wang opened her first bridal house on Madison Avenue in New York, designing bridal wear and evening gowns. In 1994, she started her own label. These bridal gowns are what Vera Wang is famous for. She uses rich fabrics such as silk lace and duchess satin, in the tradition of Paris couture and applies them to the simple shapes associated with American sportswear, like the vest dress. Her appreciation of surface decoration, particularly beading, and the use of net to give the illusion of bare skin, have also recommended her for the design of Olympic figure-skating costumes, bringing her back full-circle to her childhood dreams.

It shows a very subtle enhancement of the evidence of human presence; food partially eaten, a napkin all crumpled up, a lemon peel falling out the plate which is a precise capture of the text. I loved this painting especially because it shows a harmonized and animated scene with very subtle colors and light shades of luminance as can be seen with the light reflecting from the wine glass onto the cloth on the table. This painting was created in 1627. The various features of this art piece include, a large peacock pie is seen with its own feathers and gullet together with a pink rose placed in its beak. A large number of different foods and fruits including a cooked fowl, olives, peaches, lemon nuts candies and bread can be seen displayed on the table which is very appealing.
The main girl in a white dress and the rest of them were in just causal wear. The dresses were long and conservative. Their hair was tied back into braids. But half way through the dance about 6 girls came on stage with their hair down and short flowy black dresses. The guys wore button up shirts, blue jeans, and cowboy boots.
