A Presidential Dinner On April 27, 2013, I was cordially invited to Barack Obama’s presidential dinner. I was so nervous and excited, I couldn’t find anything to wear. I couldn’t wait to see the lavish venue, flashy clothing, and taste the delicious food. As I arrived at the White House, I was escorted out of a dark tinted limousine, onto an elongated, bright red carpet. There were white towering columns outside the building, making everyone look like ants that stood beside them. The doors were made of a shiny gold. As I enter into the eating area, I see sparkling chandeliers hanging across the ceiling. The walls were decorated with intricate art work. There was stained glass windows that gave the room a touch of color if the sunlight hit it at the right moment. The windows were lined with royal purple draping curtains. Each of the tables were centered with colorful centerpieces. The chairs were hand-crafted with unique designs carved into the wood. The carpet was soft as if I were walking on clouds. After being seated at my table, I started to look at all the flashy attire. The men were looking well groomed handsome. They had on dark tailored suits that accented their chiseled bodies. The man to my left had on a charcoal, Calvin Klein, hand finished wool suit. His shirt was a deep sea blue, with a coral colored tie to accent. At the end of his arm he wore a platinum Cartier Ballon Bleu watch glistening with diamonds in the background. His Testoni shoes were polished so you could literally see your reflection in them. To my right was a lady with a gorgeous gown. She wore a long, fitted shear, lace gown with diamonds embedded throughout the dress. The back was cut in a low lying V. You could see the muscles in her thighs through the unforgiving split on the side. She had on the finest four inch, silver Jimmy Choo heels with jewels surrounding her ankle. Her ears
