Moving on from my Level 3 I’ll be working alongside my dad’s business and open my own nursery. I have got career advice of my dad about opening my own business as he has had a lot of experience. To do this I will be doing a Business course I have research different college website but have decide yet. I hope to get my business of the ground in a year maybe more. While doing I will be do a safeguarding course to become a safeguard leader this will cost £500.

Riordan has put together a two year plan to increase their sales to $50 Million, which means groundwork must be laid to start achieving and moving towards this goal. Team D will go over the current power structures and the structures necessary to implement the changes that will take place, characteristics of the company’s culture as well as the effect of these with regards to behavior. In addition, as a team, we want to go over the potential sources of resistance, implementation strategies, and measurements of success.

The total grant award is $250,000 and the grant period for these resources is July1, 2009 through October 31, 2010. An orientation session was held for these programs and more than 140 people attended. This project was in response to North Carolina’s need to get people back to work and to the call from Governor Beverly Perdue that the NC Community Colleges undertake her JobsNOW initiative, the community colleges and the NC Department of Commerce joined together to develop and fund “12 in 6”. I have been directed by my academic advisor to attend the mandatory training meeting this December 2015 to apply for the August 2016-2017 training year. In the fall of 2017, I will also be studying to take my Counselor Preparation Comprehensive Examination (CPCE) prior to my graduation which is required in order to graduate from the program. If everything goes according to plan, I intend to take my NCE exam in the fall of 2019 following my 3200 hours of required supervision. I hope to be fully licensed shortly
