Everyone can say that their fine with just a few hours of sleep, which in this case is not okay because my body and mind need a certain amount of sleep. Without sleep our mind will not be able to function as thriving as he or her want it to be. Even without enough sleep our body will not be healthy enough to function properly, particularly at an older age. Thus mean that for the generation now and in the future, its best to control the amount of sleep everyone gets for his or her own
Most natural health professionals say “No.” Everyone knows that getting enough sleep is very important. After a good nights sleep, you feel better, your thoughts are clearer, and you’re more emotionally stable. However, if you don’t get enough sleep because of energy drinks, then you will notice a difference right away. The less sleep you get, the bigger chance you will get something called “Sleep Deprivation.” Sleep deprivation is a sleeping problem when you don’t let your body receive enough relaxation as it should. So basically, when you drink too much energy drinks, you’re not allowing your body to get enough rest.
It has free assistance and counseling for both the patient and families. This was very important because when Zachary was trying to get treatment and counseling we either had to pay for it because of not having the right insurance. The results also stated that I may be fatigue a lot. I’m hardly ever tired unless I have just had a very long day, or was tired from being out all night. I didn’t look at it as a negative. I took it as maybe that is a silent stress factor that may actually be going on, but I just don’t notice it myself. The only evident stress trigger that I am aware of is that of just having so many responsibilities.

His “I say” stems from many sleepless nights and many busy days of doing what he loves to do. Physical Therapy is proven to be one of the best jobs in the world. A lot of people really think there is no need for Physical therapy for many reasons. People might think that Physical Therapy is not that great of a job, but it is one of the best jobs in this world to help people improve their past injuries. You don’t really prove your thesis statement with some of your paragraphs. You give information, but you don’t show in each paragraph that the profession is good for the community and for healing people.
Everyone always says that I am brave for being so happy and have strong will power. But the ugly and not-too-well-known truth about cancer is it's not something that you have for a while it stays with you even after Cancer affects you long after its left your body... the physical fatigue, maintenance treatments and weariness is just the tip of the iceberg. It's gotten to a point that survivors are expected to be act that way. Well - that expectation is UNFAIR. It's not easy being grateful for the worst thing that's ever happened to you... And the pressure we, as a society, put on these survivors to feel that way is not helping.
That anyone could overcome anything even though inside, we all knew that there was no hope. Looking back at this epidemic, I admire all those who lived through these rough times because they didn’t have the medicine and technology we had today. I realize that people are stronger then they let us
