In the book The House on Mango Street of Sandra Cisneros, the main character Esperanza feel free when she writing. Esperanza writes that she would like to jump out of her skin and shake the sky. This is the evident that writing makes her happy and leaves everything behind and be herself. Every person has different way to feel free with me, saving lives, listen to music, and sleeping. Saving life is the most interesting thing to do. I am working in emergency medical services, Being able to tell the patient that he/she was still alive when they arrived was one of the best moments of my career. there is no job that can give you that satisfaction. But, I'm lucky too I reckon, because there are lots and lots of people who will be able to wake up to a new day because of what we did. And when I'm feeling doubt about my contribution to the 'bigger picture', because I know it's not global, i think to myself, it matters to them and it matters to me. The benefits of sleep impact nearly every area of daily life. While it may be obvious that sleep is beneficial, most people don't realize how much sleep they need and why it is so important. Sleep is the best thing I can do. After hours of hours working hard, every one need to have a good long sleep. It helps our body stable, and recharges our energy. When I go to sleep I can get of myself and let my soul goes with my dream. Finally, people love music for much the same reason they're drawn to sex, drugs, gambling and delicious food, according to new research. When you listen to tunes that move you, the study found, your brain releases dopamine, a chemical involved in both motivation and addiction. It's because it produces sounds that reach our ears as vibrations, which will then be transmitted to our brains...of course we refer to music when we feel sad, happy, angry...the list goes on; because it triggers emotions.
