February 26, 2012 marked a highly controversial day in history; a day in which an unarmed African-American, 17 year old, Trayvon Martin, was fatally shot and killed by George Zimmerman, a neighborhood watchman of a gated neighborhood in Sanford, Florida. The essence of the case was that Martin way walking home from a 7/11 store, after purchasing a skittles and drink, it was during that time that Zimmerman saw him and called 911 reporting a mysterious young black male in a hoody who looks like he was up to no good. Zimmerman was instructed by the 911 operator that they do not need him following the suspicious male (Martin), however, Zimmerman continued his pursuit, and later reported that he only got out of his car to give the authorities a physical/location address. He claims to have been jumped and pummeled, by Martin, who repeatedly knocked his head into the ground. Martin was alleged to have reached for Zimmerman’s firearm and at that point was shot once in the chest.

The first story was about a man named Alexander Gray, he live in Washington D.C.. Gray's first assault was when four men jumped him and beat him with a tire iron and a shovel, while the beating was occuring the men yelled anti-gay epithets. The secong assault on Gray was when a police officer shot Alex in the chest, killing him. Reverend Stephen Young stood over Gray's body and said "I don't agree with the gay lifestyle It's a practice. I have to help you get out of that practice...I hear people called Alex a faggot...I don't like that lifestyle." That was the third assault.
in 2002, a man named greg gulbransen went outside to move his family car into the driveway when all of the sudden he felt a small bump. he came out of his car to discover that he had ran over his 2 year old son and killed him. the backup camera didn't catch the little boy on it so greg thought it was clear. this story is one of the saddest stories i have ever read. i realize now how extremely unreliable the backup cameras can be.
