Christian Education is a part of God’s purpose to put everything in Creation under the feet of Christ; it serves as part of His purpose to subdue people from all nations to the glory of God. I also think a Christian Education is a better education, because it feed the soul as well as the mind. It addresses the whole human being; it involves the body, sprit and the mind. One important goal of Christian Education is to teach the student to reason biblically. If each adult person or the parents of younger student took it upon themselves to be more Christ-like and build their foundation of education to glorify God, they would choose the Christian Education over the Public Education, which is controlled by the state.
It is about ‘being called to build communities of unconditional love and service modelled on Jesus’ spirit of sacrifice’. Basically, the message of the Catholic church is taught and displayed to children by examining the many miracles and good deeds Jesus performed throughout his time on earth. It shows the children what it means to be a human being and how to live the way Jesus wanted them to. The Alive-O books are filled with the many examples of Jesus’ sacrifices and good will on earth, and this acts as an example to the children as to how they should act. The next principal that is distinctive to Catholic education is the evangelisation and education is interlinked.
He finds salvation in in the image of universal reconciliation that religion offers, and reassurance that social justice can be achieved. His is motivated by this revelation and continues to work towards making the world a better place. Model three, the Experiential model, is very similar to Nick’s account of revelation. In this case the revelation occurred while Nick was meditating, it was an inner experience in which Nick had an immediate consciousness of God’s presence. God’s communication with Nick’s soul made him aware of what he must do and allowed him to see the world candidly.
This is why the few followers in Christ that reside in America must pray continually in that hope must be restored, faith must grow, and love must be revealed to the people in this country and more importantly to the people on this earth. The Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution are two founding documents that were essential building blocks in bringing America to the point it is currently at now. The Declaration of Independence which was
Religious development is absolutely significant for developmentalist, psychologist, religious representatives and theorist all across the world. They emphasize with great efforts about the necessity for a society with not only growing spiritual formation but also moral formation. Though they look very similar to the simple eye, the reality is that it is a lot more complex than that, however, once the exact meaning of it is cleared and understood, the concept of spiritual versus moral becomes now logical and a lot more easy to balance. Humans are in a constant search for something deeper than what eyes can see. “Spiritual formation involves Christians growing in their relationship with God and living lives
I do this by observing the Ten Commandments and fulfilling The Golden Rule of “treat everyone how I would like to be treated”. Even though I have had 12 years of Catechism teaching, I still want to have greater knowledge of the teachings of Christ and the Church as well as myself. I really liked participating in the Church activities and advertising for it by telling my friends to come along to things such as youth group with me. I show my devotion to my yearning for knowledge as well my as my loyalty to the Church by walking to Mass on Sundays since I did not bring my car to college. Something that a Practical Catholic should also be is a dutiful and productive citizen.
Maybe the question should be “who is responsible for introducing my child to Christianity?” or “should my child’s education be done in a public, private or home-based system?” There is no shortage of opinions on this topic, some very strongly held and endlessly and emotionally debated. As we begin to search for a biblical perspective, we come to the definitive Old Testament passage on educating children found in Deuteronomy 6:5-8: "Love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you today are to be upon your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.
In addition, in the ministries process, the members of the church should be embracing and participating in the ministries process, and able to internalize the process. Furthermore, called to build lives (Ephesians 4:11-12), and building the body of Christ can be an ongoing process (1 Peter 2:5; Ephesians 2:22). Rainer and Geiger say “ministry needs a clear ministry blueprint." Further, the authors view the process as the essential for the purpose of organizations because, the process that makes it work. The book continues to explain that a simple church can be a congregation’s designs around straight, and forward as well strategies process that move the people through the stage to grow
Now that the initiate has been baptised they are ready for a life of Service and Maturation, these aspects go hand in hand, as when one grows in spirit so they will grow in love. It is this love that empowers the newly baptised person to go forth and lead a Christian life, one of justness and love. The final aspect of Baptism is Friendship,
In the process of doing that I have always associated mission with the sending of believers and groups, called "missionaries", to foreign countries and to places in their homeland for the purpose of converting people to Christianity. This involves evangelism (conversion to Christianity), and humanitarian work, especially among the poor and disadvantaged in order to help them to improve their economic development, literacy, education, health care, and orphanages. Mission has a much wider concept than what I thought to be, an optional activity of the church. Such understandings is not bad because it has it value, but is inaccurate because a better conception of mission should begin with the restoration of a missionary understanding of God the author and finisher of our faith. David Bosch distinguished between mission (singular) and missions (plural) and argue that mission refers primarily to the Missio Dei (God’s mission), that is, God’s self-revelation as the One who loves the world, God’s involvement in and with the world, the nature and activity of God, which embraces both the church and the world, and in which the church is privileged to participate.
