Stress is defined as “the process by which we perceive and respond to certain events, called stressors, that we praise as threatening or challenging” (Myers, 2012, page 275). Stress is about an individual or is personal and is affected by the choices the person makes as an individual. The stress that is bad for you deprives you the ability to experience joy, happiness, enjoy life and who you are. That is why it is very important to recognize symptoms of stress and identify ways to bring the stress under control. The good stress is the kind that will help keep you motivated to be productive and be able to achieve the goals we set for ourselves.

Through repeating events of conflict, many are able to learn and grow from their experience, enabling them to adjust how they respond to an arising conflict, to alter the outcome for better or for worse. When individuals have learned to manage with conflicts due to things like personality, class and gender differences, they will find it easier to deal with larger issues. The Film Paradise road, directed by Bruce Beresford, demonstrates this concept.
He begins by addressing the issue in a way that hooks the audience. He then gives a controversial and shocking response to the issue in order to show part of the cause for this issue and draw focus and compassion from his audience. Discuss the way they visualize it and what you hope the audience will take from it (i.e empathy for the character, understanding of how it feels to be in that situation). I hope that the audience can feel the emotion, and tension between the two characters. The reason why I want the audience to visualize emotion is because the most powerful way to reach an audience is through the characters' emotions. Only when we connect with the characters on an emotional level, does the interaction become deep and meaningful. Well-written scenes that include characters' emotions allow the audience to take part in the story and bond with the

Complications are seen all throughout media today. The media tends to not only understand their great impact on those tuning in, but the media also takes great advantage of this in some instances. It can be overwhelming how true and significant media's impact is on the world around as well as generations to come. The media can shape other perceptions by providing those reading with information that is false or bias. With this strong bias, those who tend to not think critically and fully analyze outlets are fully mislead by the information before them.
Our voices are colored with emotion and attitude. In addition the subtle nuances of pitch and loudness, intonation, facial expression and posture make this communication pattern much more complex.
