The questions 1-5 are all closed questions in Ms. Kelley’s questionnaire. They are not worded in the most effective way to be able to obtain the appropriate information she needs related to the behavioral incidents that Global Ed Charter School has been experiencing. The first question asks the teachers and staff to estimate the number of behavior incidents that they have observed, but only for the last two weeks. Since the school year began not too long ago, why not expand the time frame to list all the behavior incidents since the beginning of this school year? The second closed question, question number 2, the wording of the question does not clearly state what she is asking and was confusing for me to try to understand. She should have asked how many total students were involved in the incidents altogether, or how many students were involved in the incidents from question 1. The third question is not necessary because it is asking for information that has already been given. Although, she may have worded it more clearly by asking an open-question: Were there students that were involved in more than one of the incidents you reported? If so, how many students repeatedly engaged in the inappropriate behavior more than once, and list the total times each student was involved. The next question should be changed because the wording is wrong and confusing. It should have been worded as follows: How many of the behavioral incidents involved new students? This question was also another closed-question, and I believe it to be a necessary question regarding the situation of the behavioral incidents we are covering since the enrollment of the Embassy students. The next question, question 5, could have been included in the last question at the end. Question 4 could have been presented as: How many of the behavioral incidents involved new students? How many students
