Once this meeting is booked and accepted by all parties, I make my own agenda or write up an agenda provided by my director in preparation for the up and coming meeting, then at the meeting I have the topics that need to be covered. Most of my study time is planned for when Lois has gone to bed. Evaluation; Having Saturday off work or studying is really important to me and I need to recharge my batteries sometimes. I have lots of family and relaxing time but this can also be a time friends or family come over to us. As this is a normal office week this cannot always happen so sometimes it can be tough. Analysis; I have 22 months to go on this course and I am prepared to do whatever it takes to get the best out of me.
I’m organized especially when it comes to studies, is that why my files from my courses are always organized logically. When I need to find something I can find it quickly and without problems. The organization is one of the important because I can save time in future work if I’m organized because time is something I don’t have. Time management is something I should put into practice for any goal. For that reason I need a good time management.

Dr. Mertes has 2 offices one in Hudson and the other in Akron. One main thing I learned was that you can't accept government insurance and private insurance in the same office. Therefore, they do work in there Akron office on Wednesday for half day and the rest at the Hudson office.

I have identified two reasons why the organisation needs to collect HR data and types of data that is collects and how it is stored, and I have also outlined the benefits of the storage we use. Why We Keep Records It is important to keep accurate HR records for legislation reasons and internal purpose, mainly being operational information, but it can be used for strategic and tactical areas of reporting. To satisfy legal requirements government departments like the HMRC can ask for information of our employees; how many we employ, pay and history and hours worked going back over a number of years. The Working Time Regulations and the Minimum Wage Act 1998 both require records relating to hours worked and pay.
All of these steps go a long way in ensuring the meeting runs smoothly, avoids disruptions, in addition to saving time. The roles should be well assigned; there should be chairperson, secretary and treasurer. The chairperson acts as a facilitator. The secretary takes record of proceedings and the treasurer is tasked with taking care of the finances. Task assignment helps in making the meeting organized which is the main objective.
A two-week training course by the Subway office in Cambridge, 60 hours spent in the classroom, there are more than 30 hours spent in-store.
