Task 3 – Report, Lifestyle improvement strategies (P3, M3, D2) Provide lifestyle improvement strategies for a selected individual (P3) Explain recommendations made regarding lifestyle improvement strategies (M3) Analyse a range of lifestyle improvement strategies (D2) I believe my client is quit an averagely rounded person with a few weaknesses that they need to address before we can consider saying that they have a healthy lifestyle for example clearing up their bad habits such as the considerably high levels of smoking that they do, which is a major weakness they possess as well as this they also need to do more physically activity in order to improve their physical fitness as currently they don’t do a lot of exercise. However as well as explaining ways in which they can improve their weakness we will also of a wide number of alternative that they can use and also ways in which they can improve their good states and turn theses in strengths.
