With a quality education children can acquire the economic, social, cultural and political capital they need to realize their potential and support their future families” (The State of America’s Children, Children’s Defense Fund 2014).

The purpose of a workers assessment is to help them to understand the situation he is dealing with and to identify the relevant factors in a situation (Pincus, 1973).
