In life sometimes it’s movies and novels that inspire us for me, it was Tiana in the movie “The Princess and the Frog”. The character Tiana inspires me to have determination, just like she had in the movie. Then, she found true love even though she had given up on it. In addition, her loyalty showed me that no matter what happens never stop believing in your dreams .As long as you dream nothing is intangible. In the movie Tiana had a lot of determination; she never lets anything stop her. When Tiana was young she often helped her father cook, she decided that she wanted to own a restaurant. She lives in New Orleans, Louisiana and is a waitress that works steadily day and night. Therefore, she raised money to buy an old sugar mill, which she…show more content…
Tiana gets mistaken to be a princess, by Naveen the prince because of her costume. Naveen was turned into a frog by the voodoo man Facilier, he asked Tiana to kiss him to turn him human again. Instead of turning human Tiana also turned into a frog also. Then they go on the search for a good hearted voodoo priestess who they believe can break the curse. Mama Odie tells Naveen and Tiana, that Naveen must kiss Charlotte before twelve for she is the Mardi gras princess. The voodoo man Facilier promises to fulfill her dreams and turn her human, but Tiana realizes that she loves Naveen. She realizes that love is as important as her dreams. In the movie Tiana was very loyal to herself and her dreams. She endured a lot in order to break the curse and become human again. When Tiana and Naveen realized that there was a possibility that they may be stuck as frogs for the rest of their lives they decided that they were content. Tiana and Naveen are married by mama Odie and because of Tiana’s new status as a princess they are turned back human. They have a real wedding in their human form and Tiana opens her restaurant now called “Tiana’s Palace”. This movie showed that if u have determination nothing is unreachable. In the movie Tiana overcame all of her obstacles in order to accomplish her dream. This taught me that life has its curveballs; you just have to strike them
