Thesis Sentence: Hold on to your dreams, never give in to temptations, there are always bad people out there, and you have to work hard in order to get what you want. Disney’s movie “the Princess and the Frog” is one of their great movies. It is more than just a piece of entertainment, it shows the traditional American values of family, faith, and that hard work is of great importance. This movie has an African American girl, Tiana whom shows you that you need to work hard in order to get what you want in life. Tiana works at a restaurant and gives up all of her playtime for extra hours at work, so she can save her money to fulfill her dreams. One scene shows that you should not give into temptations that promise you what you want because something will usually go wrong. When prince Naveen says that Tiana will receive an award for saving him, she gives into her temptation and poof she turns into a frog. It also lets you know that there are bad guys out there and they will do whatever it takes to get what they want, even if it is something bad that they have to do. Tiana and her friends go on a crazy journey through the bayou for their key to transform back into humans. It lets you know that you should never give up on your journeys and always hold on to your dreams. After all of their battles are beaten the frog was kissed by a real princess and turned back into a human prince. Once transformed back into humans they engage in an interracial marriage, because they followed their hearts rather than what other people might
