This meant that Hitler was feeding Jews food that was already expired and sometimes food that was just not for humans. German people including Hitler and the nazi regime is very responsible for the holocaust. The holocaust teaches us how far racism and hatred can take us to, so why be racist and hate people from an other race we are all humans we are all the same. Why hate each other when its just the
Why does the name “Holocaust” disturb us so much? Maybe it is because of the inhumane way the Nazis treated the Jews, perhaps like Moshe said this event really was a “failure of humanity” Nazis stripped identities and rights away from Jews. Jews were dehumanized and their identities were taken away, they were violated both physically and mentally. But what has the rest of the world done? What were they doing while these people were getting stepped on?
In the beginning of the Holocaust, many people were sent to labor camps but died of infections or from working so much. There were about six large concentration camps that were used to kill the Jews upon entry into the camp. The Jews that weren’t immediately sent to concentration camps lived in Ghettos until they were sent to the extermination camps. Living in ghettos was terrible, considering the size of the area was condensed and many families had to live in one house together. Gas chambers were invented as a way to kill Jews and others quickly.
In this essay, I will be including and explaining the real facts and figures of what happened in the Holocaust. The Holocaust was a time of devastation and corruption. It was a time of cruelty and it was terribly inhumane. The Holocaust and its supporters tried vainly to make the world perfect, but only succeeded in killing millions. The Nazi’s and Adolph Hitler spoke against Jews even before the start of World War II, they blamed them for
This demonstrates how the Holocaust destroyed families being together, and how it affected how history developed through the years. In addition, the Holocaust shouldn't be forgotten because it made people aware of tyrant leaders. For example, when the SS men stripped the Jews, "An SS came towards us wielding a club. He commanded: 'Men to the left! Women to the right!'
There were so many crematoriums during World War II that the Nazis had developed. The Jews were placed in the crematoriums as a way of disposing them. During the holocaust, there were many gruesome types of deaths that the Nazis inflicted upon the Jews. The most common course of action the Nazi Officers took exterminating the Jewish people were the process of using a poisonous gas (Danish page 2). The Nazis used a type of gas labeled Zyklon B.
On the night of November 9, 1938, violence against Jews broke out across the Reich. It appeared to be unplanned, set off by Germans' anger over the assassination of a German official in Paris at the hands of a Jewish teenager. During the Holocaust, six million Jews were murdered while others were thrown out of their homes with nowhere to go, hundreds became homeless and sick. One of the most significant events that took place during this time is called Kristallnacht. This is better known as, "the night of broken glass".
The Nazis were a political party in Germany at the time of the Second World War, and they were ruled by a man named Adolf Hitler. Hitler believed that the Great World War was the result of Jews and that they lost the war because of the Jews. Hitler wanted to get rid of anyone who was Jew; this resulted in an event called the Holocaust. The Holocaust was a very unique event. It evolved around 1933 and 1945.

So many lives were taken and wasted by heartless cold blooded killers. The Holocaust was a sad and horrific event that took the lives of over six million Jewish people, including children. All the people involved in this tragedy were under the influence of a man named Adolf Hitler, who fooled and mislead German citizens to follow him in killing all the Jewish people to make Germany be wealthy and powerful. Germany was so poor they believed anything.
Some of the most well-known are Treblinka, Auschwitz-Birkenau, Dachau, Chelmno, Buchenwald, Neuengamme and Majdanek. Jews, other racial minorities and people who were considered enemies of Hitler’s regime were deported to these camps and forced to work in horrendous living conditions. Thousands of inmates died of starvation, overwork, exposure to the elements, epidemics and disease. Those who were unfit for labour including women, children, the elderly and the sick were immediately gassed and their bodies either cremated or dumped into mass
