Physiological needs are the needs that are necessary for survival. Some of the physiological needs include water, food, sleep, air to breathe, and warmth. The next level up on the pyramid is called Security needs. Security needs are very important, but not as serious as physiological needs. Security needs are things like having a job, health insurance, to have shelter (such as a house) to keep you out of the environment, and also that you can live in a safe neighborhood.

When going on expedition, it is essential to take with you all equipment that you will need and use for a successful expedition. The most important things you need to take with you are those who you actually wear, your clothes, to keep you warm, dry and comfortable. If you choose the wrong equipment, you will put yourself in great danger and your chances of survival will not be very high. I am now going to evaluate what types of equipment is essential to carry on with you for a day and overnight expedition.

Furthermore, love and belonging refers to the interpersonal relationship, in which relationships with family, friends, lovers, and others are drawn; providing humans with a sense of acceptance and attachments. Esteem refers to the need to be respected and accepted and, most importantly, the need of self-respect. People develop their esteem as they are recognized by others, gaining a certain level of social status and thus build their own self-respect. The last is about the self-actualization, in which an individual realizes his or her potentials. Because the human brain is driven by a basic instinct to survive, this need trumps all others, thus it’s easy to see how obvious biological and physiological needs, such as food, drink, shelter, warmth, and sex, formed the basis of Maslow’s pyramid.
Trying to encourage them that they are to look at there situation in a positive manner, when they are hungry, homeless, and cold, would be doing them a great disservice. First try and help them with their basic needs, then they will be able to focus better on the other needs in their lives. Also as a HSW, I must develop a client and service worker relationship that is built on trust. I must inform the client that my main responsibility is to them and to help them find and to achieve their goal or goals in life. If my job is not important to me, and my desire to bring about a positive change in the life of some one, then trying to become a HSW is not a field that I must endeavor to

Examples of security needs include a desire for steady employment, health insurance, safe neighborhoods and shelter.
When you know their behavior well, you can get along with them better so there will not be any obstacles to bother you. Besides, you should also study their needs and right for them to survive. It is very risky if you do not do enough research and it can end their lives. Apart from these, you should prepare them a suitable environment such as damp or dry place. Moreover, space availability should be considered carefully so they can have space to move freely.
Safety is more important than privacy Safety is the word that is important for the each and every people in the society. There are two different meanings for the word safety. First one is when you are safe. It is both food and road safety. Second one is how safe something is.
Communication helps protect us from harm by using word of mouth, internet, and news media. The third level is the belonging needs level. People want to be accepted and needed by others, People needs each other to enjoy life, feel comfortable at work, and to fit into social groups. We communicate with others by listening, talking, responding, sharing, feelings, and working together. The fourth level is self-esteem needs.
