Lincoln Assassination The assassination of President Abraham Lincoln is a subject that has always interested me because it was one of the biggest changes to happen in history. By researching it I have learned many things that I did not even know until now. I had always thought that John Wilkes Booth had acted alone but instead he had a few other guys that were going along with his plan. These other guys were suppose to kill two other people that same night but one guy got drunk and backed out and the other one stabbed the guy but he ended up living through it.
