Three common ones of them are autocratic leadership, democratic leadership and charismatic leadership. Autocratic leadership is a kind of classical style that the manager should be fully responsible for their staff and missions. Democratic leadership is used when leaders want to share responsibility with other groups, which makes important decision-making become mutual instead of individual. Charismatic leadership is more modern. Robertson (2011:1) states that: “charismatic leadership is a method that probably makes individuals more enthusiastic and motivates them to do the best job.” Every leadership style has its strengths. To start with, autocratic leadership has four main advantages: it gives staff less stressful environment, promotes higher efficiency, improves the physical distribution, and also facilitates the speed of making decisions. Besides, democratic leadership creates a positive work environment, reduces the conflicts derived from office politics and diminishes the fluidity of employee and promotes creative ideas. It could be argued that “Democratic leadership is always used as a methodology to grasp the thinking of employee and utilize new idea.”(Robertson, 2011:1) Finally, charismatic leadership usually creates a stimulating work
