The technical staff needs to do their work to present to the end-users. In the fifth step, the manager needs to in involve the technical and non-technical staff; however the manager does not need to have the complete non-technical staff involved. Only a handful of non-technical staff needs to be involved. The technical staff will need to bring a working version of the system to a usable stage to the non-technical staff to test. All the testing of the project needs to be done in this stage: from the software, applications, procedures, documentation, and training materials to a detailed implementation plan (O’Connor., 2002). The manager must involve all staff members. “There is a tendency in organizations for the project team to dissolve soon after implementation of the hardware and software solutions. The evaluation, if done at all, is done too early and is used primarily to justify the project” (O’Connor., 2002).
